Greetings and welcome to The Digital Imaging Blog!

The intent behind the content of this blog is to share concepts, techniques, theory, imagery, and other thoughts about digital imaging and it's relationship with the entertainment industry.  This is not a camera review blog, but I will be sharing some thoughts on equipment and tools.  Occasionally there will be a look behind the scenes on different shoots and the creation of production artwork.  

Also, I'll be spotlighting many talented individuals I've befriended over the years throughout the industry ranging from cinematographers to photographers and conceptual designers to animators.  Many of these individuals have inspired or influenced my own abilities over the years.

Mostly though I'll be discussing topics of interest and focus on the balance between technical knowledge and a creative mindset while applying that to image making.
